[Evergreen-catalogers] Display of library names in holdings view

I'm not a cataloger now but I was one in a past (work) life.... +1 to
shortname in Holdings View.

Also +1 for using shortname in Item Status list -- it's consistent with
what XUL does in that interface.  Noting that the web client's detail view
for Item Status uses shortname for Circ Library and Owning Library, it's
just the list view where it differs.

I don't see an OU code bug in Launchpad either, and I agree that it's worth
filing because OU code isn't really helpful to most end users.
