[Evergreen-catalogers] Web Client -- marking library for vol transfer

Hi Elaine,
I forgot to mention one thing. There is a new option that will make it
possible to transfer that volume to another library. If you select the
volume, use the "Choose Library for Volume/Copy Transfer Destination
from the actions menu." You'll then get a prompt asking which library
the volume should be transferred to.
