[Evergreen-catalogers] Sorting by publication date in 264 field

Hi Teri-Lynn,

The default source for publication date sort order values is the Date1
fixed field.  Are your RDA records lacking data in that field, or have
you changed the record attribute definition for "Pub Date"?
