[Evergreen-catalogers] Sorting by publication date in 264 field

Hello,

I'm new to Evergreen and I have a question about sorting by publication date. Our library accepts both AACR2 and RDA records, which means that some records have publication information in a 260 field and others have it in a 264. When we try to sort search results by publication date, the records with
264 do not sort properly and just get moved to the end of the results list. Can anyone let me know how we can fix this problem?
