[Evergreen-catalogers] Web client cataloging and "Completed copies" tab

Today I found that if I have 6 copies in the completed copies tab and move
2 to the working copies tab, when I use "save & exit" on those 2, all 6 of
the copies were "saved". All 6 copies were then attached to the bib record.
I did this twice with the same result. On Friday I'll be working with two
libraries that do centralized cataloging, one with eight branches. Not sure
how I can explain this to them.
We've been updating our training server and are now on 3.0.7.
