[Evergreen-catalogers] Web client cataloging and "Completed copies" tab

I agree with Tina that the "Completed Copies" tab makes sense in the
context of the workflow she describes. In this sense, "completed"
indicates that the copy is done and ready to be saved.

I am not clear on why it is not possible to "Save and Exit" from the
"Completed Copies" tab, though, as long as there are not copies on the
"Working Copies" tab.

While I'm not sure what workflow would result in this occurrence, I can
imagine it happening inadvertently during the transition to the Web client
and I think it could be confusing to staff who are trying to save newly
added copies.
