[Evergreen-catalogers] Subject heading version in browse view and auto-complete leaves out an important subfield

Hi all,
We have several books that talk about the 2nd amendment to the U.S.
Constitution. The official authorized way this shows up in our bib
records is:
610 10 $aUnited States.$tConstitution.$n2nd Amendment.
However, the browse view doesn't seem to include the $t when
normalizing subject headings (see attached file 2nd_browse). It
displays "United States. 2nd Amendment."
Same for the autocomplete typeahead in search boxes (see attached file
2nd_typeahead).
Is this something that I can fix in my local system, or is it
something that I should report as a bug in launchpad?
Thanks!
-Jane
