[Evergreen-catalogers] Webclient issue list

Hi Kate,

Are we allowed to make comments in the notes column? It's view only for me.

I want to comment about the overlay target kept after overlay complete.
This is also true when a record is marked for volume transfer. The "mark
for" menu has a choice for "reset marks" which needs to be chosen if a
record is "marked" for choices in that menu. This is an extra step.
