[Evergreen-catalogers] Webclient issue list

Version 3.0.3.

I can't consistently get Z39.50 overlays to work either. I find if I
overlay an existing OCLC record with a new one (same OCLC number), the
existing record in Evergreen will accept changes from the incoming record.
But if I try to overlay a non-OCLC record with one from OCLC, the existing
record does not get overlaid. We just put the web client on our test server
last week, so I don't know what is a bug and what might be a configuration
issue.
