[Evergreen-catalogers] 006 field and multiple format icons for sets

Thanks, Beth. I'll ask our access services person to look into this. I was
hoping to be able to use the 006 field but that may be less reliable than
the RDA 3xx fields as our authority control process adds those to records
if missing.
