[Evergreen-catalogers] Format icons for two formats on same bib record

Hi,

Has anyone been able to show two format icons on the same bib record for a
book + a CD-ROM?  I can get two icons for Blu-ray + DVD and for DVD + CD
Music. The bib record for the book and CD-ROM has an 006 field for the
CD-ROM and Evergreen picks up the 'q' in that field for the electronic
resource and sees this as an 'e-book'.
