[Evergreen-catalogers] Dymo spine label printing with Web 3.1.13

I don't have access to a server of that version, but if you have someone
who knows HTML/CSS then you can temporarily make the borders of all the
elements visible so you can see which element is causing the problem. I
believe that one of the divs had to have the padding specified to 0 pixels
or something like that.
