[Evergreen-catalogers] Vox books and Wonderbooks

We recently got our first order of Wonderbooks and went through this ordeal
as well. Since Evergreen is somewhat limited on the icons to display, we
decided these were more like "easy readalongs" than anything else (book/CD
combo), so that's what we cataloged them as. They have the CD audiobook
icon (not ideal, I know), and all the fixed fields to go along with that.
For anyone that might actually read it we have a 500 that states "Issued as
a Wonderbook, a pre-loaded audiobook player permanently attached to a
hardcover book."
