[Evergreen-catalogers] Vox books and Wonderbooks

Several Evergreen consortia have independently of each other decided to
locally implement a pre-loaded audio format of some kind (though naming
varies).  So far I've seen item form q used to distinguish it.  Off the top
of my head I know that PAILS, Bibliomation and PINES have done this.  I
opened a bug on the issue here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1835736

I need to verify that it's ok to re-use the icon but once I have I'm going
to post a patch for this here but welcome discussion on it.
