[Evergreen-catalogers] Display of Creator and Last Editor in Item VIew and Edit screens

We really miss the Identification column in the Copy Editor in the XUL
client, especially the display of who created or last edited an item, not
just when those actions happened.

This Launchpag bug is about adding this data in the column picker, and it
could use some heat:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1811466

But we'd also like to see this information be made part of the display in
both View and Edit, which may be, or may need to be, a separate bug.
