[Evergreen-catalogers] Display of Creator and Last Editor in Item VIew and Edit screens

Hi,
I added my heat too. I also miss the column in xul in item status quick
summary view that had the time stamp for when a item was created. I found
that useful when trying to determine which library's copy was created first
when more than one was done on the same date and more than one used a "bad"
part.
