[Evergreen-catalogers] Format filter for 4k Ultra HD videos

Hi Mary,
Can you make a filter that looks only at the 347 subfield b? I was
wondering if it was possible to use just a 347$b for MP3 audiobooks, just
the 347 and not include code in the 008 for Type and 007 for format.
