[Evergreen-catalogers] Format filter for 4k Ultra HD videos

Hi Janet,

I can give that a try.

I was able to combine fields for the MP3 audiobooks without a problem.

encoding_format (encoding_format) => MP3 (MP3)

- Carrier Type (carrier_type) => audio disc (audio disc)

- Type (item_type) => Nonmusical sound recording (i)

I'll try the simpler definition for the 4K Ultras.
