[Evergreen-catalogers] Tabular Release Note Summaries

Thanks for all of the positive comments and suggestions.  I love these ideas, too!!!  Good spreadsheets (especially shared ones) really do make the world a better place.  I will put together a quick example and share.

Re: having it a web format--what about as a Google spreadsheet? You could lock it down to View Only or Comment Only and have it linked from the Cataloging Working Group wiki page. You could have each release as its own tab, so that it's all in one document together for ease of access (and maintenance!), but still separates out the major releases.

But then, I have a known bias--I love spreadsheets--so take that suggestion with a grain of salt. :)

During today’s Cataloging Working Group call, we reviewed a draft of a new tabular format for cumulative Release Note summaries.  I would love feedback from the Cataloging Community on this format.  Currently, the tables are being presented in a pdf form but I can easily transform them into something more web-friendly and interactive.  I’m just trying out the arrangement of the categories.  The table visually combines the bullet-pointed content from release notes for both 3.1 and 3.2.  Thanks to Jane Sandberg for providing release notes with helpful categorization which inspired this idea!
