[Evergreen-catalogers] New Launchpad bugs

Hi Everyone,
I added two new Launchpad bugs, one about a visible indicator for the Item
Alert button <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1833457> in the web
client and one on cursor focus for the barcode box
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1833457> when adding/editing
items for multiple branches. Feel free to comment or add heat. I won't even
feel bad if you tell me I created a duplicate.
