[Evergreen-catalogers] Odd MARC view display in fields with second indicators

Hi Everyone,

We are on release 3.2 and are now noticing that in the MARC record view any
fields that have a second indicator show the indicator value on one line
and the field on a second line so it looks as if the record is double
spaced. This started recently and affects records viewed in Z39.50 and
records in the database. It's not happening to every record and we have not
updated or changed any code that affects MARC records. While we started
noticing it this week the record in the screenshot has an 005 field with a
time stamp of 20160221.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
