[Evergreen-catalogers] Angular staff client catalog

I was poking around here: https://bugsquash.mobiusconsortium.org/eg/staff/

Most of our libraries' catalogers aren't really fluent in MARC. I think
they'd be more comfortable with the OPAC view we use now. I can foresee a
lot of resistance to this experimental view for us.
