[Evergreen-catalogers] Angular staff client catalog

Maybe having a space on the CWG wiki to keep track of the LP bugs? I keep
them tagged in my email, so I know I have several of them (although there
may be some that I've missed). In no particular order, I know of:

   - Angular staff catalog post-3.3 omnibus

It would also be nice if there was a page on the wiki somewhere about all
the pages that have been, need to be, or are in the process of being
converted to Angular, along with their applicable LP#s. I have a list of
bugs showing several other admin screens that are in the process of being
Angularized; it would be nice to have that all in one place as kind of a To
Do/Done list.
