[Evergreen-catalogers] Loading items with stat cat fields in 949 tag

Hi all,

We've gone as high as 3 stat cats (we use subfield s) for one of our
libraries.

$sState Circ Code|Book - Adult||Material Type|Adult
Fiction||Language|English
