*Issue with Display of Multiple Circulation Modifiers When Batch Editing*

Fixes the issue when batch updating items that have different circulation
modifiers in the Item Editor, the existing values don't display.  If you
click on the Multiple values button below Circulation Modifier it displays
"No (10)" (10 being the number of items being edited).  Testing needed
