Rather than edit the ebook record to make it a book, I would recommend
cloning the ebook record and edit the clone to create a new separate
record. You never know when the OCLC number might already be in a local
catalog for the actual ebook and you could have a local mess if your record
matches that one.

As to what to change in the cloned record, you want to make changes in the
fixed fields and remove tag 007 and 006. If the book's ISBNs were present
in the ebook record, they most likely were in tag 020 subfield z. You'll
want to change the subfield to a. Remove any ISBNs for the ebook or else
change their subfield to z. That will help with changing the cover image.
And of course remove any subject headings referring to electronic books,
change the 300 to match the physical description of the book and change the
3xx tags so their values match a book instead of an online resource.

This is all off the top of my head, so forgive me if I've missed anything
to add/remove/change.
