[Evergreen-catalogers] Importing E-books Issue

Hi Beth,

This sounds the same as what we encountered when we started to test  
the version with this new interface. The screen looks the same. But  
after you choose an import option, click the upload bar at the bottom,  
importing works.  Our version is modified, the bar is changed to  
Import instead of Upload.
