[Evergreen-catalogers] Catalog preferences in Angular

We just upgraded to 3.6.3 and I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Am I
doing something wrong or is this feature not sticky? I expand the
preference menu and choose my preference, but it doesn't stay. Is everyone
having this outcome? I want my search results to be 100 and I want my
Exclude Electronic Resources box to be available, but I have to change this
preference at every single search.

I tried to see if there was a bug, but while there was a bug about the
expansion of the menu, nothing specific to the preferences being sticky.
