[Evergreen-catalogers] Catalog preferences in Angular

Kate,

Diane had mentioned that the Exclude Electronic Resources option was not
sticky and that the developers were aware of the issue. However, I could
not find a link to that bug anywhere. If I find it, I would definitely like
to put heat on it.
