[Evergreen-catalogers] Basket to bucket and batch edit

I would suggest that in fact it would be easier if you had a list to
import.  Can the locations snag the items and scan the barcodes into a
spreadsheet for you?   once that is done, then you can import the list into
Item Status and make blanket edits.
