[Evergreen-catalogers] 655 genre no longer indexing with subjects

It is a local configuration in the config.metabib_field rows
(Administration -> Server Administration -> MARC Search/Facet Fields.
Attached is the PINES config that includes some other search localizations.
I don't remember everything we did, and what is default
