[Evergreen-catalogers] Vandelay stripping out ends of fields, odd diacritics

Hi Janet,
Sounds similar to my recent case. After loading a file I noticed some
records without title. The titles had Japanese characters in MARCEdit.
I recompiled the file with MARCEdit using encoding UTF8. It worked.
