[Evergreen-catalogers] Sharing Vandelay queue

Does anyone know if sharing a batchload import queue is sharable somehow?
They have a Queue ID number, so I was wondering if it was sharable like a
bucket. Copying the queue to a bucket doesn't work right now (LP bug #
1928275 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1928275>), but even if
it did, I'm wondering if being able to share that queue would be helpful to
some.
