[Evergreen-catalogers] Item loading question

Hi all,

I don't know if this is even possible, but I thought I'd run it by you all.

I have a marc file with items that contain item alerts. I don't see alerts
listed when I set up a Holdings Import profile. Is there a way to get those
alerts into the system when I load the items?

Or is there some database SQL magic I can work after the items have been
loaded?
