[Evergreen-catalogers] Editing shelving locations in 3.10

I tested editing shelving locations in 3.10 again after our discussion
yesterday. Not only was there no ability to choose between copies, there
was no list of shelving locations. This is true whether I am batch editing
or editing a single copy.

I also found that, while I did get the list of libraries, I did not get the
list of copies to be able to edit circ lib or owning lib in batch for the
copies. All other attributes, I got a choice of grouped copies with each
attribute and was able to edit those.

I will open a bug report.

Also, this was mentioned in yesterday's discussion and is likely a wishlist
item, you can't tell which copy has which attribute set in batch editing
and can only edit all copies with each attribute rather than a specific
copy or copies. This means, in the above screenshot, if I want to edit 2 of
the can circ yes copies, I can only do so in batch and need to choose just
those copies from holdings view. We may need more discussion on this before
we add to launchpad???
