[Evergreen-catalogers] Editing shelving locations in 3.10

I've tested this issue a little more.

While there isn't a shelving location list, if you type the name, shelving
locations with that term appear

If I have selected copies with different shelving locations, I do get the
grouped copy list

I can successfully edit one of the groups by deselecting the other. But I
have to do all of the group and can't pick a specific one.  Again, I have
to type the name and don't get a list to select from.

I have not opened a bug report yet. Given that we can type in the name of
the location, is it OK that there isn't a list here? Or is the list and the
ability to type as we have now preferable?

Still want to do a wishlist to be able to choose the specific copy when
batch editing ....
