[Evergreen-catalogers] Question about Bug 1773995

We migrated from XUL in February 2019, but we had been able to use either version for several months to get used to it. It’s hard to remember the details, but reading this bug makes me think it’s probably why I remember having to recreate all my item templates after we made the final switch. That said, I thought that I’d heard that it had been fixed/was no longer a problem? Are there even still libraries using XUL?
