[Evergreen-catalogers] Holdings editor in 3.9.1

Hi Simone,

This can be done within the Holdings Editor on the Preferences tab. Click
on the box for Unified Holdings and Item Attributes Display. This is a
workstation setting and isn't managed from a central site.
