[Evergreen-catalogers] Options in control fields

I do a lot of batch editing of my bibs in MarcEdit (it's free and amazing)
before loading them into Evergreen. If your vendor record fixed fields
aren't coded correctly you could batch edit them in MarcEdit before loading
them.
