[Evergreen-catalogers] Replacement Copies

Thanks everyone!  We ran into an issue where we deleted items by copy id and ended up deleting replacement copies because they share the copy id.  I wanted to make sure we weren’t missing another workflow.

I use Replace barcode on the replacement copy. If the copy isn't the exact same edition, then I move the item to the record that best matches the replacement copy
