[Evergreen-catalogers] Editing Item Notes - needs testing!

I agree that it would be very helpful to be able to batch edit notes.
But,  I would be inclined to sign off on this one and to open a new bug
related to the editing of multiple notes.

As an aside, I was able to edit a note, but found that I was unable to save
my changes.
