[Evergreen-catalogers] Editing Item Notes - needs testing!

Steps I did --

Added a note to TCN 22
Holdings view -- action menu -- add/manage item notes
Enter note, check public flag
Click Add note
Click Apply changes

Edit not from same interface

Click edit button
make changes
click save
click apply changes.

For holdings editor

Click on item notes button
Click on edit
make changes
click save
click apply changes
click apply all save and exit
