[Evergreen-catalogers] Unified Holdings Editor and Templates

Hi Michele,

I would be good with this, I think a lot of libraries would like to have that option - as long as it remained optional to include them (not have them be required fields or anything like that... I don't think it was before either, but just thought I would mention). 

I never used the call number attributes in my item templates before (may for some collections in the future though), but I still prefer to have the "Unified Holdings and Item Attributes Display" set so I don't have to tab around to different pages when adding items. So I don't know if I would assume that if you have set the unified display that you would necessarily need/want the call number attributes to be included in the item templates, but still, the option would be nice.

<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1983156> - Allow Call Number attributes in Item Templates option gone, and would like to share this question with this group:

Can we assume that if you have set the Preference to use the "Unified Holdings and Item Attributes Display" that you would want call number attributes to be saved in item templates?
