[Evergreen-catalogers] Serial Records with Monograph Parts Question

Hello Everyone

For those of you who allow the use of monographic parts on serial records, how do you manage them? We'd love to learn how you folks are preventing importing records from merging on to existing serial records.  We were hoping to suppress the 020 by using the $z and using a record match set that matched on 020$a but not the on 020$z, but it didn't work as expected.
