[Evergreen-catalogers] Bug Squashing Week Starts First Thing Monday Morning!

Hey all!

I hope all of you are able to take a little bit of time to participate in
this community effort to make improvements to Evergreen.

*Getting Started:*

1) The list of test servers with bug fixes and features that are ready to
test is located here (on the General Info/Test Servers tab):

2) The "Statistics During BSW" tab will be where I track all of the
activity that takes during the week including testing feedback, signoffs,
new bug reports and new patches submitted.

3) All test servers have a set of dummy data (Concerto
<https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=qa:concerto_logins>) installed
on them, and you are free to change records and settings while you are
testing. Be sure to test with different types of user accounts with
different permissions levels!

*Ways for New Participants to Contribute:*

   - Test new bug fixes and features

   and provide feedback and signoffs

   - Add tags from the list of authorized tags

   not yet have tags added (the first 40 or so on this list
   <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bugs?orderby=-tag&start=0>)
   - Go through the list of bugs with the "New" status

   to see if you can confirm them - if you can, change the status to
   "Confirmed". If the bug is older and seems to have been fixed already, or
   if you have other comments, add that information as a comment.
