[Evergreen-catalogers] call number attributes in the holdings templates editor

Hi Jennifer,

We were looking at 3.13 during the meeting yesterday, and I don't see it on
the Equinox public demo server (3.12.0). Is there a setting for it that
isn't in the Holdings Editor Preferences? I tried checking "Unified
Holdings, Item Attributes Display, and Item Templates" there to no effect.
