[Evergreen-catalogers] Evergreen & OCLC Gateway Question

Hi Jennifer,
The Cataloging Center at CWMARS was doing this before I retired. If I
remember correctly, Systems set up the match points in the database, the
same way as used for batch loads. We always had good documentation so I'm
guessing it's still around. It definitely improved response time for
libraries requesting records through the CatCenter.
