[Evergreen-catalogers] Shelf browsing with the prefix field

Hi all,

We don't currently use the prefix field. The main reason is that the
contents of the field seem to be ignored in the shelf browse search. Is
there a way to get that search to include the prefix in the search?

This is an example where it doesn't work the way we want it. The prefix is
HH, but the search ignores it.
