[Evergreen-catalogers] Workflows for technical services holds

Facingnating. I had always assumed that "recall hold" placed a normal hold
but made the item due immediately  with 0 renewals. I never had any need
for this, so I never tried!

It sounds like no hold slip is generated for these holds. But they do
appear on pull lists? Is that correct? If so, we would have to do some
staff training before we could begin using these.
