[Evergreen-dev] Evergreen Hackaway 2020 Survey

Hi Everyone!

With the Hackaway coming up for October 26 - 28, our planning committee is
ready to accept responses to our survey below.  Please keep in mind that
this survey is *not *registration for the online event, but we will send
that information as it comes available.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information on this year's
participants and desired topics for discussion.  Included is also a section
for those interested in presenting.
